Return And Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
2. Customized or final sale items are non-returnable.
3. Wedding dresses may be returned only if in original, unused condition.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
